Message the bottom end torque to overcome the lag... and with the tD06's, you can make 800+hp!

: Hello,
: Thats right. For the those who have been following my blown up engines saga / does he spend money on anything else besides his car that doesn't run yet, I have got the semi-final analysis of what the displacement will be in my next engine.
: Last night I talked with Carl Stringfellow at Paeco Industries (big props) who is building my engine which they just received and evaluated. Carl said "We can bring the piston diameter to 91mm and increase the stroke of the crank by 1/4in. That will make a displacement of 3.8 liters."
: This is only possible by removing the stock cylinder sleeves, cutting bigger holes and re-sleeving with larger sleeves.
: To my knowledge, no one has ever gone this far with a 300Z engine.
: One interesting note, is that the Greddy/GREX metal head gasket for the Z that I will be using is a 92mm bore. I believe that Paeco may still be able to squeeze in .1 liter more displacement if they can go 1mm more. I will ask for it but if it is not possible I am still elated about the current size.

: One of my next steps is the turbo's. At the current time I am only planning on full T28's due to the financial constraints. However, if I can free up some more money I would like to go bigger. One of my friends offered a suggestion of going with one T28 and one turbo of a bigger size like a TO4 or TD06.
: Can anyone tell me if its possible and safe to run two turbo's of different sizes?

: Your input is very much appreciated!
: Thank you all.
: Z from Japan
